Deliveries Update

As all our parcels are sent Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery we were mostly unaffected by the last month’s Royal Mail strikes. It was a huge shock on Wednesday afternoon to discover that several parcels had been delayed due to further strikes.

I would like to apologise to all customers whose orders arrived late and thank them for their patience and understanding. We tried our best to relay the information given by Royal Mail to you – but were on occasion let down by the lack of reliable information.
