I hope you’ve had a great Christmas and wish you all a fantastic year for 2008.

I love the beginning of the New Year – it’s just the perfect time to reflect on last year’s achievements and set goals for the exciting time ahead.
It is of course the perfect opportunity to revisit my 2007 New Year post and I am happy to say that we achieved most of what we promised for 2007:

• We introduced dozens of new balloons, including a very popular range of walking balloons and some striking large balloons
• We considerably expanded the range of teddy bears and introduced new product lines such as Steiff teddy bears and Sesame Street soft toys
• Started a regular newsletter to keep customers informed of special offers and new product lines
• I almost achieved an average of one Blog post a week

If you wonder what we are planning for 2008, here’s what’s coming:

• More new balloons – including singing balloons and stuffed balloons with teddy bears inside them
• More teddy bears and soft toys – we’re particularly keen to expand the baby range and introduce new cuddly animals
• Some changes to the web site to both ensure that the web site’s look stays fresh and that we handle orders as efficiently as possible behind the scenes
• An expanded version of the popular “Buying Good Gifts” section of the web site to include more useful tips on buying gifts for specific occasions such as birthdays, Christmas or Father’s Day

In the next few weeks we will be adding new balloons and teddy bears for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Easter to the web site… I hope you enjoy them.
