Most children have their favourite teddy to cuddle up to when they are upset, tired or need comforting. For Conchita, a three weeks old Mangabey monkey, having a teddy bear makes up for the absence of her mother.
Her keepers brought in a teddy bear as a comforter when the new born monkey was deserted by her mother. It has proved so successful that the two are now inseparable.
