Easter gift ideas without the chocolate

Easter Me to You Teddy Bears

Every year I’m amazed by the number of chocolate eggs that appear in our house. But when you have grandparents, aunts and uncles and well-meaning friends arriving with Easter eggs, not to mention the occasional competition win at school, they soon add up.

If the Easter Bunny tends to be over-generous at your house too, then why not go for an alternative Easter gift this year? We find that children enjoy our Easter themed gifts, girls love our bunny ears headbands and few can resist the adorably cute soft toys in our Me to You Easter collection.

Or you could always go for something entirely different this Easter. Local cinemas often have family-friendly, new releases showing during the Easter holidays and a trip to the cinema is always a welcome treat. In fact, it’s not only a great way to keep them entertained during the Easter holidays but you can also take along some chocolate eggs to replace the popcorn.

A fun shopping trip for a new summer outfit will also keep their mind off chocolate Easter eggs. Most high street stores have their spring and summer collections on the shelves at this time of year so it’s the perfect opportunity to re-stock their wardrobe for summer and replace all those T-shirts and shorts they’ve mysteriously outgrown over the winter months.

Easter treats like these are also a great way to spend time together as a family. If you’re feeling generous, you could always finish you Easter shopping treat with a special lunch!
