Have you ever heard about people who have used dating agencies to find that their dates didn’t quite look as good in the flesh as they did on their pictures? Fatter, longer nose, bad skin or all together so different that it can be hard to believe they’ve used a picture of themselves.
You might have a similar issue - in reverse, with product pictures on web sites - on occasion they can look far better in the flesh than they might do on pictures.
