We’re always delighted to hear your feedback on our balloons, teddy bears and chocolates deliveries. It helps us improve our service and of course it’s always good to hear about it if we’re doing a good job!

X Factor Jedward and Walking Dog Balloon

One of our customers sent John and Edward Grime - or “Jedward” from X- Factor fame, one of our walking balloons while they were on tour a few weeks ago…

Here they are playing with “Simon Growl” the Yorkshire Terrier Balloon!

“Smart” Tropical Fish Helium Balloon

Kevin and Sheila Abel found a creative way to use our tropical fish helium balloon – they’ve sent us their feedback (below) and a wonderful picture! Thanks for emailing the picture – it’s always good to hear from our customers.

Hi,

A quick e-mail to let you know how happy we are with our fish balloon.

We went to the Smart Festival at the Brooklands race track over the weekend where we tied your balloon to our car so that we could locate it amongst the 2,000 other Smarts in the car park.

It was a great success, surviving all day in quite windy weather and receiving a lot of admiring looks. It made it all the way home and is now has pride of place in our niece’s bedroom.

Photo attached so you can see how it looked. We will be placing an order for an identical one for our grand daughter who opened the box and thought it was for her.
