When our range of new Sesame Street soft toys arrived last week, I have to admit that although I found the soft toys fun and colourful, I didn’t know much about the Sesame Street Muppets.

We’ve recently taken delivery of smaller red stripy boxes to send teddy bears and chocolate gifts, so now all our gifts - even the larger balloons and balloons bouquet are sent in red stripy boxes made exclusively for us.
We often get calls and emails asking how the gifts are wrapped, so the arrival of the new boxes was a perfect excuse for some new pictures. We attach a gift tag with your personal message to your balloon, teddy bear or chocolates and carefully wrap it in a red stripy box generously lined with red tissue paper.

While it’s not always easy for companies to promote their goods and services effectively, we all pay attention to a marketing campaign that stands out. Some companies know this and creatively find ways to grab their customers’ attention.
Last week a British food manufacturer asked us to send 76 walking pig balloons to foods buyers across the country as part of a targeted direct mail campaign to promote its new pork-based range. The pig balloons (pictured here ready for despatch) were sent with literature about the new range as part of a tailor-made direct mail marketing package.

Our range of new Christmas teddy bears and soft toys is now online. With penguins, reindeer, snowmen and teddy bears there is something for everyone – the new bears have only been on the web site for a week and we’ve already sold a few, so order yours early to avoid disappointment.
Here are a few of my personal favourites:
